Tara Bernerd & Partners has been working with Couture Homes and Asia Standard for a number of years, on a variety of high-end residential projects. For Duke’s Place, a landmark residential tower by PDP London, TB&P is designing seven luxury duplex apartments, as well as the three-storey, 7,500 sq.ft penthouse
When designing the duplex, the curved language of the building was integrated into the space planning and interior architecture to create a soft and seamless internal flow of spaces. A rich palette of bold colours was brought to life by layering the most luxurious fabrics, finishes and furniture to deliver a sophisticated and striking home.
For the penthouse, Bernerd and the team aimed to set a new standard for luxury living. The exceptional location of the tower and the panoramic view the penthouse affords were an immediate source of inspiration for the design. The architectural geometry of the skyline below was translated throughout the property by the angle edged rugs, faceted library cases and fluted crystal glass panelling to add the final layer to this refined property.
