Rosewood Munich
Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich is ideally situated in the heart of the historic city center, with interior architecture and design by Tara Bernerd & Partners.
At the heart of the restoration is the classic façade by François Cuvilliés and dramatic entrance hall, where original features, including the sweeping staircase, vaulted ceilings, and frescoes, have been respectfully restored.
Working in collaboration with Hilmer Sattler Architekten Ahlers, the project reflects an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship. Every detail, from the poliment gilding, to the façade stonework, was executed with the utmost care and precision.
A testament to timeless elegance and architectural integrity, Rosewood Munich now stands as a remarkable fusion of history and contemporary design.
