Tara Bernerd and Partners are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Interior Design Intern to join our design team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring designer to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced and creative interior design studio, supporting projects from concept development through to completion.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced designers and gain exposure to all stages of the design process, working within luxury hospitality and/or high-end residential and restaurant sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design team in maintaining the creative vision and design intent throughout projects.
Contribute to the preparation of client presentation documentation.

Tara Bernerd & Partners is seeking an exceptional Senior Furniture & Product Designer to join our London studio.

This is an opportunity to work across some of the world’s leading hospitality, residential and lifestyle projects, contributing to landmark developments in London, Milan, Paris, New York, the Middle East and beyond. The role offers the chance to shape both bespoke furniture for international projects and future TB&P furniture and product collections, working alongside some of the industry’s most respected luxury brands, manufacturers and collaborators.

The role will also contribute to the development of future TB&P collections and collaborations with leading luxury brands and manufacturers, including partners such as Frette and Medea 1905. This offers a unique opportunity to work across bespoke project design, product development and international brand collaborations within a globally recognised design studio.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have at least 7–10 years’ experience within luxury hospitality, residential, furniture or product design. Experience in industrial/product design is also a plus. The successful candidate will combine creative flair with technical rigour, bringing a sophisticated understanding of furniture, craftsmanship, materials and manufacturing. We are looking for a designer who is equally comfortable developing an original concept, creating a compelling design narrative and resolving every detail required to bring a product successfully from concept through to production.

The role will involve working primarily on TB&P’s high-profile hospitality and commercial residential projects, as well as developing a continuing ‘in-house’ furniture and product range.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong design point of view, a broad understanding of contemporary and historical design, and an appreciation for luxury hospitality, residential environments and global design culture. They will bring both creative confidence and technical expertise, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to the wider design conversation within the studio. They will be required to produce in depth detailed furniture designs in response to briefs and deadlines created in collaboration with the design teams. A broad appreciation of design is essential. Attention to detail is a must along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Both interpret & create detailed design briefs to produce comprehensive packages of bespoke furniture, lighting and product concepts for luxury hospitality and residential projects.
Strong concept generation and visualisation in early stages of projects translation into fully resolved designs through sketching, modelling, rendering and technical development.
Strong practical insight into manufacturing/artisanal techniques for high-end furniture construction and production.
3D modelling and detailed rendering (Rhino & Keyshot currently used).

SENIOR FF&E DESIGNER

Tara Bernerd & Partners is currently seeking an all-round senior designer with FF&E experience. The role will involve working primarily on TBP’s high profile hospitality and commercial residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years’ experience working within the hospitality and restaurant sector, and/or high-end residential and should be able to demonstrate a proven ability to run small to mid-size projects or as part of a team on large-scale projects.

Impeccable taste levels combined with strong technical skills and FF&E background are essential. Must have experience of delivering projects from concept to site installation, with extensive experience of liaising with and overseeing the procurement agent.

JUNIOR DESIGNER

Tara Bernerd & Partners is currently seeking an all-round Junior Designer to join our London-based studio. The role will involve working primarily on TB&P’s high profile international hospitality and/or high-end residential projects.

The Junior Designer will support the design team, with particular focus on understanding the in-house design philosophy and work to develop their interior design knowledge and skills.

Bachelor's degree required in Interior design or related field.

Must have previous experience working in a design studio.

Hybrid working will be possible after the first two months.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the overall creative direction and maintain design DNA throughout
Contribute in the preparation of client presentation documentation
Assist in the preparation of detail design packages and corresponding specification books
Assist in sourcing and spec writing of all sanitaryware, ironmongery and fixed design elements
Assist in the preparation of decorative lighting, small power and reflected ceiling plans
Research and source suitable items for projects that are in line with aesthetic, and input into schedules
Assist in the Coordination of all FF&E within the detail design packages
Assist in producing drawings in the house style and appropriate format for the project and stage
Develop interior design resources (vendors, professional sources)

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of: AutoCAD, FF&E software, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and hand sketching is an advantage

Tara Bernerd & Partners is seeking a talented Mid-Weight 3D Artist with a passion for design storytelling and an interest in emerging AI tools that enhance visualisation workflows. The role involves producing high-quality stills and animations for hospitality, residential and conceptual projects, combining artistic vision with technical precision.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years’ experience within the architectural visualisation or interior design sector, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates photorealism, atmosphere and narrative intent. Experience integrating AI-assisted tools for ideation, texture generation or composition refinement is highly desirable.

A balance of creativity and discipline is key. You will collaborate with the studio team to produce cinematic visuals across architecture, interiors and conceptual projects, while also helping to shape the integration of AI into our daily workflow. Tara Bernerd & Partners is currently seeking an all-round designer with strong FF&E expertise and focus. The role will involve working primarily on TBP’s high profile hospitality and commercial residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years’ experience working within the hospitality and restaurant sector, and/or high-end residential and should be able to demonstrate a proven ability to run small to mid-size projects or as part of a team on large-scale projects.

Impeccable taste levels combined with strong technical skills and FF&E background are essential. Must have experience of delivering projects from concept to site installation, with extensive experience of liaising with and overseeing the procurement agent. A relevant degree in Design, Fine Arts, Curating or Visual Culture would be preferable.

TB&P is currently seeking all-round middleweight designers to join its ever-growing team. The role will involve working primarily on TB&P’s high profile hospitality and/or exclusive commercial residential projects.
